定向斜井井眼轨迹对钻采工艺和油井产量的影响

DIRECTIONAL WELL PATH EFFECTING ON DRILLING AND PRODUCTION

  • 摘要: 定向斜井井眼轨迹种类很多,但基本上可分为二次抛物线型和双扭曲线型两种。二次抛物线型开眼轨迹的优点是:开眼轨迹光滑,可加钻压大,机械钻速高,建井周期接近在井;进入油层的井外角为30°~60°,产量大约为直井的1.20~1.65倍;采油时抽油杆摩阻小,防止断脱,抽油机载荷小;井斜角增量可大部分集中到产层部位,有利于提高泵效和加深泵挂。双扭曲线型井眼轨迹的两个曲率中心分别在井眼轴线的两侧,出现两个拐点,所以无论从钻井工艺、采油工艺,还是油井产量考察,都没有二次抛物线类井眼轨迹优越。

     

    Abstract: This paper discussed directional well path and comparing two types of directional profiles based on drilling and production operations. It is believe that quadratic parabolic curve type profile is better than "S" type one.
