抽汲混气原油时合理沉没度的计算方法

METHOD FOR CALCULATING REASONABLE SUBMERGENCE DEPTH IN PUMPING LIVE CRUDE OIL

  • 摘要: 在抽汲混气原油时,选择合理的沉没度,是提高泵效的重要途径。但是长期以来,大部分抽油井的沉没度的选择都是凭经验而定的,这样难免形成沉没度或大、或小的不合理现象。本文假设地层供液能力与机采系统的生产能力相匹配,抽油机杆柱、泵系统已经选定,从冲程损失与沉没度的关系入手,推导出了泵效与沉没度的解析关系式,进而对机采系统的沉没度给出了定量的选择参考。

     

    Abstract: For the given pumping unit, sucker rod and pump system, taking the coordination between liquid supply capability of reservoir and liquid discharge capability of production system as design principle, this paper develops the relative equation of pump efficiency with submergence depth according to the relation between stroke loss and submergence depth, and then presents the quantitative selection method of submergence depth of pumping well.
