固井防水窜机理研究与应用

RESEARCH AND APPLICATION OF ANTI-CHANNELING MECHANISM IN CEMENTING

  • 摘要: 本文进行了固井水泥浆凝结过程中压力降落和胶凝强度发展规律实验研究,从中找到了它们的规律和特点及其内在联系。在此基础上,建立防窜临界条件,提出了"压稳系数"概念,用以定量描述固井后对高压水层的压稳程度,为固井质量分析和固井施工设计提供依据。在机理研究的基础上,研制成功锁水抗窜剂,用于A级油井水泥中,使水泥浆具有胶凝强度发展迅速、临界时间短、体积微膨胀、界面胶结强度高等特点,对防止固井后水窜起到了明显效果。

     

    Abstract: This paper introduces the experiment research of pressure drop down and bonding strength developing in slurry jellification process during cementing. Through research, the law,characters and its relations effected on pressure drop and bonding strength have been found. In the basis of research work,the critical anti-channeling conditions have been established. For quantity describing pressure balance degree,the concept of pressure balance factor was presented which present a criterion for cementing quality analysis and operation plan. On the basis of mechanism, the anti-channeling and lock water additive has been developed for a degree oil well slurry which make slurry bond in short time, critical bonding time short,volumn expansion slightly and bonding strength high in bonding interface, to prevent water channeling after cementing.
