有杆螺杆泵杆柱强度设计初探

PRELIMINARY RESEARCH ON ROD STRING STRENGTH DESIGN METHOD FOR SCREW PUMP

  • 摘要: 针对目前有杆螺杆系断杆频繁的问题,应用弹性理论分析了细长杆传递扭矩的受力特点。考虑到细长杆受扭矩后由于弹性变形产生的蓄能现象,一旦抽油杆下部断脱使杆柱承受扭矩增加的影响,同时尽可能兼顾现场应用的方便,简化计算程序,提出了一种传递扭矩的杆柱设计方法。通过现场分析,用实例介绍了该方法的应用过程。实测扭矩与计算扭矩最大相对误差不超过9%。

     

    Abstract: In view of the frequent rod parting problems of screw purnp,this paper analyses the torque transmission characteristics of rod applying elastic mechanics theory,and then presents a rod string design method for torque transmission. This new method gives consideration to the effect of energy storage caused by elastic stress of rod string on increasing rod torque when lower rod cracked field applications. This paper introduces its application by field practical examples. Application results show that the maximum relative error between measured torque and calculated torque is lower than 9%.
