防止油层套管环空窜气的固井技术

CEMENTING TECHNOLOGY USED FOR PREVENTING GAS CHANNELING THROUGH THE PRODUCTION CASING ANNULAR

  • 摘要: 针对川东地区地质情况复杂、井深、压力高、产气量大、产层多等特点,分析了油层套管环空窜气的原因,并根据防气窜理论和现场实践经验,研究总结出了一套适合川东地区防止油层套管环空窜气的综合固井技术。其技术关键:一是研究筛选出质量稳定、性能优良的适合防气窜工艺的水泥外加剂配方;二是注水泥施工中提高顶替效率和压稳气层。

     

    Abstract: Considering the complex geological formation in East Sichuan area,and such conditons as great well depth,high pressure,large gas prodution and multilayered reservoirs,the paper domenstrated the reasons causing gas channeling through production annular,and according to the gas channeling prevention theory and field practical exeprience,drew out a series of technology suitable for this area. The key include:First to develop and select cement additives with stable quality and perfect performance, which is suitable for gas channeling perevention technology;Second to increase the displacement effiency and control the reservoir during cementing.
