用单流阀回收套管气探讨

DISCUSSION ON THE METHOD FOR RECOVERING CASING GAS USING A CHECK VALVE

  • 摘要: 将单流阀连接于出油管线和套管环形空间出口之间,以便回收套管气。用该方法后,井口平均套压会发生变化。文中分析了套压变化对泵效的影响。最后给出了实例,其中通过电算分析了五个沉没度、三个生产气油比下井口套压对泵效的影响(分析泵效时,只考虑了气体、冲程损失及漏失的影响),从而得出了可用单流阀回收套管气,且可获得可观数量的天然气以及可确定最大泵效下沉没度及下泵深度的结论。

     

    Abstract: Casing gas can be recovered by installing a check valve between flow line and casing outlet of a oil well.After installation of a check valve in oil well,the average casing pressure may become larger than before.This paper analyses the effect of casing pressure variation on pump efficiency by an example with five submergence depths and three gas-oil ratios.Results show that it is reasonable and practical to use check valve to recover casing gas.The method for determining submergence depth and pump setting depth corresponding to maxmum pump efficiency is carried out in this paper.
