PHOTOELASTIC TEST AND ITS APPLICATIONS

  • 摘要: 光弹性试验作为一种力学试验方法,已在各工业领域得到较为广泛的应用。石油机械设备一向被认为是"老大笨粗",一方面在于其工况恶劣,要求较高;另一方面在于力学计算的局限性,使得一些计算过于简单,有的纯粹是凭经验的估算。本文介绍了在2FZ18-14防喷器设计上应用光弹性试验的初次尝试,取得了满意的效果。所介绍的试验方案、试验内容及试验方法等可为复杂结构件的设计指出一个方向。

     

    Abstract: As a kind of a mechanical test method,the photoelastic test has been used extensively in the various industrial fields.The petroleum mechanical equipment is consistently thought to be unwieldy because the bad working conditions,on the other hand,the limitations of mechanical calculation which makes the computation be too simple,and sometimes purely the experiential estimation.The attempts of photoelastic tests in the design of 2fz18-14 blowout proventer have obtained the satisfed results.The testing schemes,testing contents,and testing methods introduced in this paper point out a way for the design of complex units.
