试论空心抽油杆等强度设计原则

DISCUSSION ON THE EQUAL-STRENGTH DESIGN PRINCIPLE OF HOLLOW SUCKER ROD STRING

  • 摘要: 本文围绕有杆泵抽油工艺技术,论述了空心抽油杆等强度设计原则,根据矿场实践资料,合理地确定克服应力集中所需的最小螺纹直径,既满足等强度要求,达到下入深度最深,消耗钢材最少的目的,同时又得到合理接箍直径,使配套的油管直径最小。

     

    Abstract: This paper discusses the equal strength design principle of hollow rod string is around the production technology of sucker rod pumps.The minimum thread diameter to surmount the stress concentration is rationally determined using field data.It can meet the needs of equal strength,maximize the allowable setting depth of hollow rod,and minimize the consumed steels.The reasonable diameter of the coupling is obtained simultaneously,and the assorted tubing diameter is minimized.
