水平井压裂施工中温度场的计算方法

A METHOD FOR CALCULATING THE WELLBORE TEMPERATURE FIELD IN THE FRACTURE TREATMENT OF HORIZONTAL WELL

  • 摘要: 本文就水平井压裂施工中,井筒内温度场分布,提出了一种计算方法。水平井的温度场计算可分为3部分:1.直井段;2,造斜段;3.水平段。对直井筒前人已有详细的解法。文中仅对造斜段与水平段的计算方法进行了讨论。该方法首先是对这斜段井筒进行有限无分割,对水平段则改变其边界条件,然后列出热传导方程,求解方程可得到任意时刻、任意位置井简内的温度场分布,并给出了计算实例。

     

    Abstract: A method is presented for calculating the wellbore temperature field during the fracture treatment of horizontal well is presented in this paper.The calculation of temperature field in horizontal well can be divided into three parts:1.straight section;2.kick-off section;3,horizontal section.The computation for the straight section has been discussed by other researchers.This discussion focuses mainly on the kick-off section and horizontal section.This method,slices finitely the wellbore of the kick-off section,and changes the boundary conditions of the horizontal section,and then the heat conduction equations are established for every unit.By solving these equations,we will get the wellbore temperature in any time and any position.A field example is provided in this paper.
