套管变形的计算机仿真

COMPUTER SIMULATION OF CASING DEFORMATION

  • 摘要: 利用弹塑性有限元法编写的套管变形计算机仿真软件,可以方便地模拟套管外壁受任意均匀或非均匀载荷的作用,并观察其弹塑性变形过程,这是研究套管变形的一种新方法和新手段。本文首次提出套管承受非均匀载荷抗挤强度的新概念及其表达式,因此,可以与均匀载荷作用下的套管比较其抗挤强度的降低程度。通过套管变形计算机仿真模拟,提出了一种抵抗非均匀载荷作用的有效方案,即使用双层组合套管。目前正在华北油田实施。

     

    Abstract: According to the elastoplastic finite element method the computer imitation software of the casing deformation has been written.Using this software,an uniform or non uniform force acting on casing can be easily imitated and the process of elastoplastic deformation can be observied.It is a new method in the casing deformation reaserch.The paper first put forward the new concept and expression for casing compressive strength under non uniform force,so it may compare the decreased degree of the compressive strength with that of uniform load acting on casing.Running the software of casing deformation,an effective method of resisting non uniform load on casing Pipe-in-Pipe combination is found,it is being applied at present in Huabei oil field.
