利用测井资料预测地层岩石可钻性

PREDICTING ROCK DRILLABILTY BY LOGGING DATA

  • 摘要: 岩石力学特性不仅是岩石分类定级的依据,而且可以指导钻井过程中的钻头选型和参数匹配,岩石力学特性预测是现场急需解决的技术难题。本文寻求一种采用弹性力学原理,利用测井资料预测地层岩石的牙轮钻头可钻性、PDC钻头可钻性、硬度、塑性及抗剪强度等钻井岩石力学特性的方法。运用这一方法建立起吐哈油田部分区块的钻井岩石力学特性连续剖面。

     

    Abstract: Rock mechanical characteristics are not only the basis for the rock classification,but also the guidline of selecting bits and drilling prameters.Predicting the rock strength characteristics is the key for optimum field drilling operations.This paper discusse a method to predict the rock strengh characteristic,such as drillability,hardness,plastic and shear strength,by means of the elastic sonic principle and logging data.The rock mechanical characteristics profiles have been estabilshed by means of this method mentioned above in partial block of Tuha oil field.
