电热杆在井下的腐蚀与防腐

THE DOWNHOLE CORROSION AND ANTICORROSION OF ELECTROTHERMAL SUCKER ROD

  • 摘要: 高凝高粘稠油的开采,是各油田感到十分棘手的问题。由大港油田采油三厂工艺研究所热力研究室研制的电热抽油杆(简称电热杆)能较好地解决高凝稠油给原油生产带来的一系列难题。但实现电热杆采油后,发现直流电热杆腐蚀严重,而交流电热杆几乎不发生腐蚀。为此,笔者针对上述现场实际情况,对电热杆的腐蚀机理、腐蚀程度、防腐方法及可行性等方面进行了分析和探讨,并指出了电热杆的发展方向。认为,漏电压的存在是造成直流电热杆发生电化学腐蚀的主要原因,采用交流电热杆是延缓腐蚀的最佳途径。本文的结论对利用电热杆开采高凝高粘稠油具有一定的参

     

    Abstract: The production of high viscosity oil is a knotty problem in every oilfield.The electrothermal rod,which is developed by the Heating Power Unit of Research Institute of the Third Production Department of Dagang Oilfield,can solve the production problems caused by high viscosity oil.But in the field application,the corrosion of direct-current electrothermal rod is serious,and few corrosion occurs in the alternating-current electrothermal rod.Therefore,in view of the field situation,the author analyses and dis cusses the mechanism and degree of corrosion,anticorrsion method and its feasibility etc.,and Points out the developing direction of electrothermal rod.The author thinks that the leakage is the key reason to cause the electrochemical etching of DC electrothermal rod,and that adopting the AC electrothermal rod is the optimum way to deley corrosion.The conclusion of this paper has a reference value to the production of high viscosity oil using electrothermal rod.
