荆丘油田套管变形机理及防治方法

DEFORMATION MECHANISM AND PREVENTION OF CASING IN JINGQIU OIL FIELD

  • 摘要: 从华北荆丘油田套管变形井段的地层岩性、固井水泥和套管钢材的力学性能测定入手,验证了地应力引起的岩石塑性流动是导致套管变形的主要因素,提出了套管变形的计算力学模型,用弹塑性有限元软件进行了仿真计算,并以此为基础,提出了防治套管变形的几种方法。对这类油田新井套管柱设计和老井修复,具有重要的理论指导意义。

     

    Abstract: Started with measurement of the formation properties,cement and mechanical properties of steel casing in the deformation section in Huabei Jingqiu oilfield,it is proved that the plastic flow of rock Caused by in-situ stress is a main factor resulting in casing deformation,A calculating model of casing deformation is presented and imitaion calculation is conducted with the elastic-plastic finite element soft ware.On the basis said above,several methods to prevent casings from deformation are presented.That has a significant theory guidance.
