爆燃压裂工艺及应用

THE DEFLAGRATION FRACTURING THCHNOLOGY AND ITS APPLICATION

  • 摘要: 爆燃压裂工艺所形成的裂缝体系不受地应力控制,压裂后储层内将形成沿井筒周围分布的多条放射状裂缝,缝长通常可达2~10m,有效地降低了径向渗流状态下由近井带形成的"颈缩"区阻力。因此,它不仅能"全方位"改造储层,而且具有明显的增产效果。经多次试验研究成功的油管布弹、水柱压挡、撞击引爆工艺方式,不需要大型或专门设备,只需常规修井作业队即可完成全部作业,还可以与经常性的检泵作业相结合进行。因此广泛应用于油水井增产增注、老井重复压裂、新区产能评价及作为其它大型改造措施前的预处理等。

     

    Abstract: The fractures produced by the deflagration fracturing technology do not be controled by the ground stress.They are radial cracks distributed around the wellbore.The fracture length is usually from 2 to 10m.The"neck region" resistance force near the wellbore of radial flow is reduced effectively.It cannot only treat formation in"all directions".but also have a obvious increasing production results.The tubing distribution of bullets,water-column press and block,and knock-on ignition technology based on many tests can be completed by the conventional workover team without the large or special equipments,and can also be done while the check of downhole pump.Therefore,the said technology is applied in increase production of a oil well,increase injection of a water well,repeated fracturing of a old-well,and the pre-processing for other large-scale treatment.
