水平井段BHA稳定性分析

ANALYSIS ON STABILITY OF BOTTOM HOLE ASSEMBLY IN HORIZONTAL INTERVAL

  • 摘要: 本文根据能量法原理推导出水平井段BHA稳定性分析的临界载荷计算式,并引入最优化理论用于解决临界载荷计算中BHA变形曲线半波数m难于直接确定的问题。本文方法有适应性强,可用于不同杆径、杆材钻具组合而成的水平井段BHA稳定性分析的特点。文末举3个例子,以说明方法的计算应用。

     

    Abstract: The calculation expression of critical load in the analysis of bottom hole assembly("BHA") in the horizontal interval is derived on the basis of the energy method mechanism and optimization theory is used to solve the semiwave number(m) of deformation curve of BHA in the calculation of critical load which is the problem of difficult to determine directily.The method pressnted in this article has the characteristics of adaptability,it is applicable for the analysis on stability of BHA consisting of different pipe diameter and meterial in the horizontal interval.The application method of this method is illustrated by three examples.
