深部酸化用胶囊酸体系在渤海湾盆地海上油田的应用

  • 摘要: 针对常规酸液体系存在运输风险大、酸岩反应速度快难以实现深穿透等系列问题,开展了深部酸化用胶囊酸体系研究。制备了一种常温常压状态下为固态、进入地层后随温度和pH值变化缓慢释放氢离子的胶囊酸。该胶囊酸内部是由生氢主剂(盐酸与氨基磺酸)和生氟主剂(氟化氢铵)组成的内核,覆盖在内核之上的是丙烯酸酯类聚合物构成的温度敏感性覆膜材料,最外层由丙烯酰胺类聚合物构成的酸浓度响应覆膜材料包裹。介绍了覆膜材料制备方法,评价了其溶解性能和机械强度,确定了覆膜材料的最佳合成条件,测量了胶囊酸的粒径分布、有效含量、氢离子释放能力,形成了适用于渤海湾海上油田S区块地层特征的胶囊酸酸液体系。室内实验和现场应用表明,胶囊酸对温度和pH值响应十分精准,释放氢离子能力强,具有良好的缓蚀性,缓速、防膨、稳铁、助排、解堵性能优良,平均酸化有效期可达到200 d,有效解决了海上油田酸化施工有效期短的问题。该技术为海上油田增产增效提供了一种安全有效的技术手段。

     

    Abstract: In response to a series of issues with conventional acid fluid systems, such as high transportation risk, rapid acid-rock reaction and difficulty in achieving deep penetration, research was conducted on a capsule acid system used in deep acidizing. A capsule acid system, which remains in a solid state under normal temperature and pressure conditions while slowly releases hydrogen ions with changes in temperature and pH after entering the formation, was prepared. The interior of the capsule acid consists of a inner core composed of primary hydrogen-producing agent (hydrochloric acid and aminosulfonic acid) and primary fluorine-producing agent (ammonium hydrogen fluoride). This core is covered by a temperature-sensitive coating made of acrylic ester polymer, and the outermost layer is a pH-responsive coating made of acrylamide polymer. The preparation method of the coating material was introduced, and its solubility and mechanical strength were evaluated. The optimal synthesis conditions for the coating material were determined. Moreover, the particle size distribution, effective content and hydrogen ion release capacity of the capsule acid were measured. A capsule acid liquid system suitable for the formation characteristics of Block S in offshore oilfields in Bohai Bay Basin was developed. Laboratory experiments and field applications show that the capsule acid responds precisely to temperature and pH values, and exhibits strong hydrogen ion release capabilities, showing favorable inhibition of corrosion. This system presents excellent properties including slow-release, anti-swelling, iron stabilization, drainage assisting and blockage removal. The average effective acidification period can reach 200 days, effectively addressing the issue of short effective periods in acidizing construction in offshore oilfields. This technology provides a safe and effective means for increasing production and efficiency in offshore oilfields.
