Development process and prospect of CNPC’s reservoir stimulation technologies

  • 摘要: 回顾了近70年的储层改造技术发展历程,指出储层改造技术经历了介入、融入、主导油气藏勘探开发三大技术变革,强调了储层改造技术在油气勘探开发各个环节中发挥的重要纽带作用,创新以电驱压裂泵、可溶桥塞、滑溜水与石英砂、工厂化作业、立体压裂为特征的低成本改造新技术。结合中国能源“3步走”战略技术路线图,剖析“十四五”规划及未来油气与新能源资源发展对储层改造技术的需求,提出了储层改造技术在保障中国油气资源效益建产中“两提一降”发展方向,展望了储层改造技术在地热资源开发、煤炭地下气化、水合物及含贵、稀有金属地层开发、碳中和埋碳等方面实现“全产业链”发展的重要空间,该研究可为储层改造技术高质量发展提供借鉴。

     

    Abstract: It is shown by reviewing the nearly 70 years’ development history of reservoir stimulation technologies that reservoir stimulation technologies experiences three main stages of involving in, integrating into and leading oil and gas reservoir exploration and development, which manifests the important bridge effect of reservoir stimulation technologies in various stages of oil and gas exploration and development. And the low-cost stimulation technologies characterized by electric fracturing pump, soluble bridge plug, slickwater and quartz sand, factory-like operation and three-dimensional fracturing are innovated. In this paper, the requirements of 14th Five-Year Plan and future oil & gas and new energy resource development for reservoir stimulation technologies were analyzed based on China’s “three-step” energy strategic and technical roadmap. In addition, the “two-increase, one-decrease” development direction of reservoir stimulation technologies to ensure the cost-effective productivity construction of oil and gas resources in China was pointed out, and the important space of reservoir stimulation technologies for the realization of “whole industrial chain” development in terms of geothermal resource development, underground coal gasification, hydrate development with precious and rare metal, and carbon neutrality and storage was forecasted. The research results provide a reference for the high-quality development of reservoir stimulation technologies.
