对国内外井控标准中三个核心内容的分析与修订建议

Analysis and revision suggestions on three core contents of well control standards in China and abroad

  • 摘要: 井控设备是钻井安全关键设备,应充分发挥其功能并达到最大化,确保溢流关井与压井的可靠性。从井控装置组合的功能与控制入手,对国外最新版API标准、IADC标准和国内标准进行了分析,特别针对关系井控本质安全的井口装置组合形式、井控管汇组合形式和三位四通换向阀(简称三位四通阀)手柄位置3个核心内容进行了深入研究,指出了5项国外钻井井控标准、7项国内标准存在的问题,并给出了具体建议,以期为井控标准的修订与实施提供借鉴。

     

    Abstract: Well control devices are key devices for drilling safety, and their functions should be fully utilized and maximized to ensure the reliability of overflow shut-in and well killing. Starting from the function and control of the well control device combinations, the latest foreign API standards, IADC standards and domestic standards are analyzed, and three core contents related to the intrinsic safety of well control were thoroughly studied, that is, the combination pattern of wellhead devices, combination pattern of well control manifolds, and the handle position of three-position four-way directional control valve. The problems existing in five foreign drilling well control standards and seven domestic standards were pointed out, and specific suggestions were given, so as to provide reference for the revision and implementation of well control standards.
