大庆油田采油工程主体技术现状及展望

Current situation and prospect of main technology of oil production engineering in Daqing Oilfield

  • 摘要: 随着大庆油田60多年的高效勘探开发,采油工程技术不断发展完善,满足了油田不同开发阶段的生产需求,但随着油田进入“后油藏、非常规”勘探开发阶段,智能化、新能源等新技术飞速发展,采油工程面临着前所未有的机遇与挑战。围绕大庆油田的开发历程,系统梳理了60多年来采油工程在快速上产、5 000万 t不同时期稳产、4 000万 t稳产和高质量发展等不同开发阶段形成的技术系列,概述了长垣水驱、三次采油、外围油田、人工举升、修井及清洁化作业等领域目前的采油工程主体技术的发展现状,以推动采油工程技术系统全面布局,核心技术、“卡脖子”技术全面突破为发展目标,探索并展望了未来采油工程技术发展的总体思路及发展方向。

     

    Abstract: With the efficient exploration and development of Daqing Oilfield for more than 60 years, oil production engineering technology has been continuously developed and optimized to meet the production needs of the oilfield at different stages of development. However, as the oilfield enters the “post-reservoir, unconventional” exploration and development stage and the rapid development of new technologies such as intelligence and new energy, the oil production engineering will face unprecedented opportunities and challenges. On the basis of the development history of Daqing oilfield, this paper systematically reviews the technology series formed in different development stages, such as rapid production increase period, 5 000×104 t stable production period, 4 000×104 t stable production period and high-quality development period over the past 60 years, and summarizes the current development status of the main technologies in the fields of Changyuan water flooding, tertiary oil production, peripheral oilfield development, artificial lifting, workover and cleaning operations. With the goal of promoting the overall layout of the oil production engineering technology system and the comprehensive breakthrough of the core and highly dependent technologies, the overall strategy and development direction of the future oil production engineering technology development are explored and prospected.
