  • 摘要: 详细解读了《“十四五”能源领域科技创新规划》的主旨思想和总体布局,分析了新时期采油工程面临的重大挑战和发展机遇,为“十四五”采油采气工程科技创新实施方案的编制和实施提供参考。介绍了在攻关深层/超深层、非常规油气、老油田提高采收率技术,推进数字化转型工作中,采油采气工程领域取得的成绩、必须面对的挑战和技术路线。在对比分析当前采油采气工程领域技术优势和差距基础上,论述了采油采气工程补强短板、锻造长板的必要性和解决途径。根据规划中“集中公关一批、示范试验一批、应用推广一批(三个一批)”科学有序地提升科技创新整体实力的重点任务安排,将相关采油采气工程技术领域进行梳理。在以上分析基础上,结合分层注入、人工举升、储层改造、排水采气、井下作业等采油采气工程五大主体专业的特点和“十四五”时期的发展需求,从常规油气工程关键技术、非常规油气工程关键技术、采油采气工程数字化智能化升级关键技术、绿色低碳安全工程关键技术4个重点方向,构建新时期采油采气工程科技创新的攻关目标和攻关思路,并提出相应的保障措施。

     

    Abstract: This paper studies in detail the main idea and overall layout of the 14th Five-Year Plan for Scientific and Technological Innovation in the Energy Sector in detail, deeply analyzes the main challenges and developing opportunities of oil production engineering in the new era, and provides the basis for the 14th Five-Year Plan for oil production and production. This paper presents important reference for preparation and implementation of implementation plan of scientific and technological innovation in gas engineering. This paper introduces the achievements, challenges and technical routes that must be faced in the field of oil and gas production engineering in tackling key two deep and one fault and improving oil recovery in old oilfields and promoting digital transformation. On the basis of comparative analysis of the technical advantages and gaps in the field of current oil and gas production engineering, the necessity and solutions of reinforcing short plates and forging long plates in oil and gas production engineering are discussed. According to three batches key task arrangement of the plan, the relevant oil and gas production engineering technical fields are sorted out. On the basis of the above analysis, combined with characteristics of five major majors of oil and gas production engineering and development needs of the 14th Five-Year Plan period, from the key technologies of conventional oil and gas engineering, the key technology of unconventional oil and gas engineering, and the key to digital and intelligent upgrading of oil and gas production engineering. The four key directions of technology and key technologies of green and low-carbon safety engineering are to build the research goals and research ideas for scientific and technological innovation of oil and gas extraction engineering in the new era, and put forward corresponding safeguard measures.
