水平井产出剖面测试技术现状及发展建议

Status and development suggestion of horizontal-well production profile testing technologies

  • 摘要: 水平井产出剖面测试技术作为油气井动态监测的一种重要方法,能够深化地质认识,优化开发方案,提高单井产量,起到油气田开发降本增效的作用。当前水平井产出剖面测试主要有生产测井技术、分布式光纤监测技术及智能示踪剂监测技术,3种技术在测试原理、测试工艺和资料解释方面各不相同,具有不同的适用条件和优缺点。对3种技术的测井仪器现状、光纤传感器种类、智能示踪剂的发展、测试工艺及资料解释方法等进行了回顾和综述,对相关技术的适用性及优缺点进行了比较和分析,并提出了对应的发展建议。通过对水平井产出剖面测试技术现状的梳理及适用性分析,以期为油气井动态监测方法的优选及水平井产出剖面测试技术的进一步研究提供参考。

     

    Abstract: As an important oil/gas well performance monitoring method, horizontal-well production profile testing technologies can deepen geological understandings, optimize development schemes and improve single-well production rate, so as to play a role in the cost reduction and efficiency improvement of oil and gas field development. At present, production profile testing of horizontal well is carried out mainly by means of production logging technology, distributed optical fiber monitoring technology and intelligent tracer monitoring technology. These three technologies are different in testing principle, testing process and data interpretation and they have different application conditions, advantages and disadvantages. These three technologies were reviewed from the the aspects of logging instrument’s status, optical fiber sensor’s type, intelligent tracer’s development, testing process and data interpretation method. In addition, the applicability, advantages and disadvantages of the related technologies were compared and analyzed, and the corresponding development suggestions were proposed. The status study and applicability analysis on the horizontal-well production profile testing technologies provides a reference for the selection of oil/gas well performance monitoring methods and promotes the development of horizontal-well production profile testing technologies.
