侧钻井大通径尾管完井技术研究及应用

Research and application of large-bore liner completion technology for side-tracking well

  • 摘要: 胜利油田侧钻井普遍为Ø177.8 mm和Ø139.7 mm套管侧钻井,存在环空间隙小、完井内径有限等问题,特别是潜山油藏二开次侧钻困难、稠油油藏侧钻井注汽工艺不配套、砂岩油藏侧钻后难以机械防砂等难题突出。为了解决上述难题,优选侧钻井扩眼工艺,优化大通径尾管完井方案设计,研发了大通径膨胀悬挂器、预应力地锚和胶塞测试接头等配套工具,并从完井尾管优选、水泥浆体系优化和提高套管居中度等方面完善配套工艺,形成了侧钻井大通径尾管完井技术。现场应用表明,该技术有效地解决了潜山、稠油和砂岩等特殊油藏侧钻井完井难题,具备进一步推广前景。

     

    Abstract: The side-tracking wells in Shengli Oilfield commonly have Ø177.8 mm and Ø139.7 mm casing, so they face the problems of small annulus clearance and limited completion inner diameter. And especially the second-spud side tracking in buried-hill oil reservoirs is difficult, there is no steam injection technology to support the side-tracking wells in heavy oil reservoir and it is hard to realize mechanical sand control after the side tracking in sandstone oil reservoirs. To solve these problems, the side-tracking well reaming technology was selected, the design of large-bore liner completion scheme was optimized, and several support tools were developed, such as large-bore expandable hanger, pre-stressed earth anchor and rubber test joint. In addition, the support technologies were improved from the aspects of completion liner selection, slurry system optimization and casing central degree improvement. Thus, the large-bore liner completion technology for side-tracking well was formed. The field application results indicate that this technology can effectively solve the completion difficulties of side-tracking wells in special oil reservoirs, such as buried-hill oil reservoirs, heavy oil reservoirs and sandstone oil reservoirs, and its popularization prospect is promising.
