定向井单弯单稳涡轮钻具造斜率预测

  • 摘要: 对于定向井单弯单稳涡轮钻具造斜率的预测,用现有的修正三点定圆法预测的是钻具几何曲率,不是井眼曲率,且对造斜能力影响因素考虑不全。利用纵横弯曲法的三弯矩方程,确定井下动力钻具上部切点,结合钻头中心点和下稳定器切点,建立了这三点所对应的井眼轴线上三点坐标,利用三点定圆原理,建立了三点定圆全坐标单弯单稳涡轮钻具造斜率预测模型。实例计算了3种结构涡轮钻具造斜率,对比分析了3种结构涡轮钻具造斜率随涡轮钻具结构角,稳定器与井壁间隙,偏心稳定器偏心距以及稳定器、偏心稳定器、结构角分别到钻头的距离等因素的变化规律,明确了稳定器对单弯涡轮钻具的造斜率影响较小,为减小深井卡钻风险,可不用稳定器或用偏心稳定器替代稳定器安装在近钻头处,能有效提高单弯涡轮钻具的造斜率。该方法综合了纵横弯曲法和三点定圆法的优点,实现了超深井单弯单稳涡轮钻具定向钻井造斜率的简便有效预测。

     

    Abstract: When the existing modified three-point geometry method is used to predict the build-up rate of single-angle single-stabilizer turbodrill in a directional well, it is the geometric curvature of drilling tool that is predicted instead of the borehole curvature. What’s more, it doesn’t take full consideration of the factors influencing the build-up capacity. The upper tangential point of the downhole power drilling tool was determined by using the three-moment equation of beam-column theory, and combined with the central point of bit and the tangential point of lower stabilizer, three coordinates on the borehole axis corresponding to these three points were established. Then, a three-point geometry full-coordinate model for predicting the build-up rate of single-angle single-stabilizer turbodrill was established according to the principle of three-point geometry. Finally, the build-up rates of three kinds of turbodrills were calculated based on cases, and their variation laws with structural angle of turbodrill, stabilizer-wall clearance, eccentricity of eccentric stabilizer, and distance of stabilizer, eccentric stabilizer and angular structure from bit were comparatively analyzed. It is indicated that the stabilizer has little effect on the build-up rate of single-angle turbodrill, and in order to reduce the pipe sticking risks in deep wells, the stabilizer can be removed or be replaced with the eccentric stabilizer installed near the bit, which can improve the build-up rate of single-angle turbodrill effectively. In conclusion, this method combines the advantages of the beam-column theory and three-point geometry method and it provides convenient and effective analysis and prediction on the build-up rate of single-angle single-stabilizer turbodrill. The research results provide a reference for the prediction of the build-up rate of single-angle single-stabilizer turbodrill in ultra-deep wells.
