Application prospect of Fe-based metallic glass in the field of oil and gas development

  • 摘要: 铁基金属玻璃是一种以金属材料为主的非晶材料,不存在面、位、点等晶体缺陷。介绍铁基金属玻璃的化学成分、力学和磁学性能和防腐、去污降解机理,基于油气田开发领域防腐、污水处理、老化油处理、压裂返排液处理、钻井液无害化处理等方面现状,提出铁基金属玻璃特有的高弹性、高强度、强软磁性、耐腐蚀、抗撞击、耐冷热等性能,展现了在油气田开发领域具有广泛的应用前景。

     

    Abstract: Fe-based metallic glass is a kind of amorphous material dominated by metal material and it has no crystal defects, such as plane, site and point. In this paper, Fe-based metallic glass was analyzed from the aspects of chemical compositions, mechanical and magnetic properties, and anti-corrosion, decontamination and degradation mechanisms. Then, the current situations of corrosion control, waste water treatment, aging oil treatment, fracturing flowback fluid treatment, drilling fluid harmless treatment in the field of oil and gas field development were illustrated. Finally, the application prospect of Fe-based metallic glass in the field of oil and gas field development was described based on its properties, such as high elasticity, high strength, high soft magnetism, corrosion resistance, impact resistance and cold and heat resistance.
