Research progress of natural gas hydrate development technologies

  • 摘要: 天然气水合物资源的开发利用离不开高效开发技术的支撑,这些技术包括可促进天然气水合物原地分解的技术与适用的天然气水合物钻完井技术。对天然气水合物开发技术进行了调研,当前天然气水合物开发所采用的方法主要包括加热法、降压法与二氧化碳置换法,开采井主要采用单一直井。分布式光纤测温系统、井下温压计、井筒防砂装置及井下气液分离装置等配套技术的应用保障了试采时对天然气水合物原位分解的实时监测和甲烷气体的有效分离。同时,从天然气水合物藏原位加热、地热能利用、现有油气开发技术移植以及天然气水合物开采产物循环利用角度,对探索中的天然气水合物开发新技术进行了阐述和总结。

     

    Abstract: The development and utilization of natural gas hydrate resources cannot be realized without the support of efficient development technologies, which include the technologies promoting the in-situ decomposition of natural gas hydrate and the applicable natural gas hydrate well drilling and completion technologies. In this paper, natural gas hydrate development technologies were investigated sufficiently. It is indicated that the current natural gas hydrate development methods mainly include thermal method, depressurization method and carbon dioxide replacement method, and the production wells are mainly single vertical wells. The application of distributed optical fiber temperature measurement system, downhole thermobarometer, wellbore sand control device, downhole gas-liquid separator and other support technologies ensures the real-time monitoring of the in-situ decomposition of natural gas hydrate and the effective separation of methane gas in the process of production testing. Finally, the new natural gas hydrate development technologies in exploration were illustrated and summarized from the aspects of in-situ heating of natural gas hydrate reservoir, utilization of geothermal energy, transplantation of existing oil and gas development technologies and recycling of the mining products of natural gas hydrate.
