Application of liquid diversion technology to injection and production well XS of Suqiao Underground Gas Storage

  • 摘要: 苏桥储气库XS注采井采用筛管完井,下入筛管井段4 900~5 400 m,储层温度160 ℃,目前压力系数0.8,常规的机械转向、化学转向存在适用性差、施工难度大、封堵效果不佳等问题。基于超分子化学自组装原理,用氯化锂、β-环糊精、C8H17OH、甲基纤维素、N-甲基甲酰胺合成了一种液体暂堵转向剂,该转向剂在常温下为液态,在温度升高至储层温度的过程中,其相态分别表现为液态-固态-液态。室内测试了液体暂堵转向剂封堵强度、相变时间、对剖缝岩心的伤害程度,实验结果表明,该转向剂具有易注入、易返排、低伤害的特点,有效解决了高温、长井段、筛管完井等条件下转向工艺受限的问题,可对特殊气井的暂堵转向酸压提供技术支持。

     

    Abstract: Screen completion is adopted in the injection and production well XS of Suqiao Underground Gas Storage, and the screen is run into the hole section of 4 900-5 400 m. The reservoir temperature is 160 ℃ and the current pressure coefficient is 0.8. The conventional mechanical diversion and chemical diversion face poor adaptability, high construction difficulty, unsatisfactory plugging effect and other problems. Based on the self-assembly principle of supermolecular chemistry, a kind of liquid temporary plugging and diversion agent was synthesized from lithium chloride, β-cyclodextrin, C8H17OH, methylcellulose and N-methylformamide. This diversion agent is in the state of liquid under normal temperature. And while the temperature rises to the reservoir temperature, its phase state is liquid, solid and liquid, respectively. The plugging strength, phase change time and fractured core damage degree of the liquid temporary plugging and diversion agent were tested in the laboratory. The experimental results show that this diversion agent has the advantages of easy injection, easy flowback and low damage, effectively solves the problem that diversion technologies are limited under high temperature, long hole section, screen completion and other conditions, and can provide technical support for the temporary plugging, diversion and acid fracturing of special gas wells
