顺北超深断溶体油气藏完井技术

Well completion technologies for the ultra-deep fault-dissolved oil and gas reservoir in Shunbei Oil and Gas Field

  • 摘要: 顺北油气田属于超深断控型油气藏,完井中出现完井工具失效、井壁坍塌、无法在水平段多体动用产能、管材腐蚀严重等问题,原用于岩溶缝洞型油藏的裸眼完井方式适应性降低,阻碍了油藏高效开发。通过研究此类油藏的流体力学、岩石力学、油藏工程特性,揭示此类油藏的本质特征和行为表现,据此制定了产能最大化方案,研究了破碎性储层井壁稳定技术、漏失型储层高效完井技术、非均质储层分段改造技术、高温低硫环境腐蚀防护技术,形成以产能最大化为特征的断溶体油藏高效完井技术体系。通过制定产能最大化方案,指导单井措施有效率85.4%,平均单井增油2.89万t;破碎性储层井壁稳定技术控制生产压差在16 MPa内,累计平稳生产2 100 d;漏失型储层高效完井工艺成功率100%;分段改造排量11.6 m3/min,总液量2 408 m3,日产油150 m3,为邻井2.3倍;防腐技术降本近35%。研究结果可为顺北油气田及其他类似油气藏勘探开发提供技术支撑。

     

    Abstract: Shunbei Oil and Gas Field is an ultra deep fault-controlled oil and gas reservoir and the well completion here suffers several problems. For example, completion tools get failed, hole collapse happens, multi-body productivity mobilization cannot be realized in the horizontal section, and pipe corrosion is serious. As a result, the open hole completion mode originally used in karst fractured-vuggy oil reservoirs is less adaptive and the efficient development of oil reservoir is hindered in Shunbei Oil and Gas Field. In this paper, the essential characteristics and behaviors of ultra deep fault-controlled oil reservoirs were revealed by researching the characteristics of fluid mechanics, rock mechanics and reservoir engineering. And accordingly the productivity maximization scheme was formulated. Then, a series of efficient well completion technologies characterized by productivity maximization for fault-dissolved oil reservoirs were developed by studying the borehole stabilization technology for broken reservoirs, the efficient well completion technology for thief reservoirs, the staged stimulation technology for heterogeneous reservoirs and the corrosion control technology for high temperature and low sulfur environment. Under the guidance of the productivity maximization scheme, single-well stimulation efficiency is 85.4% and average single-well oil increment is 2.89×104 t. Based on the application of the borehole stabilization technology for broken reservoirs, the production pressure difference is controlled within 16 MPa and the cumulative stable production period is 2 100 d. The success rate of the efficient well completion technology for thief reservoirs is 100%. In the staged stimulation, the displacement is 11.6 m3/min, the total fluid volume is 2 408 m3 and the daily oil production is 150 m3, which is 2.3 times that of the neighboring well. The application of the corrosion control technology leads to cost reduction by about 35%. In conclusion, the research results can provide technical support for exploration and development of Shunbei oil and gas field and other similar oil and gas reservoirs.
