元坝气田超深探井小尾管防气窜固井技术

The anti-gas channeling small-liner cementing technology for ultra deep exploration wells of Yuanba Gasfield

  • 摘要: 元坝气田是我国最深的生物礁海相大气田,具有超深、高温、高压、高含硫等特点,开发的主要目的层为二叠系长兴组,随着勘探的深入,近年来如川深1井已探至更深的灯影组,井深达到了8 420 m,井身结构复杂、套管层次多。为解决最后一层小尾管固井时所面临的小井眼、窄间隙及“一超、三高”技术难题,开展了元坝气田超深探井小尾管固井技术研究。优选了抗高温胶乳和纳米硅乳液作为防气窜剂,配套防腐蚀剂,基于颗粒级配原理设计了高密度水泥浆,建立了防止水泥石高温下强度衰退技术和防酸性气体腐蚀技术,开发了抗高温增强型防气窜防腐蚀水泥浆体系,适应温度达180 ℃,密度1.88~2.25 g/cm3SPN值<1,水泥石180 ℃下48 h抗压强度大于14 MPa,弹性模量小于8 GPa,且长期强度不衰退,耐H2S、CO2腐蚀。在元坝7侧1井、川深1井Ø139.7 mm超深小尾管固井进行了应用,固井质量优良率100%,并应用到元坝204-1H井、河嘉202H井、川深1井等3口井的Ø193.7 mm生产套(尾)管固井,固井质量综合评定优良率67%。研究与应用结果表明,高温高压防气窜防腐蚀固井技术可以有效解决元坝地区超深探井及类似高酸性气田固井技术难题。

     

    Abstract: Yuanba Gas Field is the deepest large bioherm marine gas field in China, which is characterized by ultra depth, high temperature, high pressure and high sulfur content, and its main development target layer is the Permian Changxing Formation. In recent years, some wells have drilled into the deeper strata as the exploration continues. For example, Well Chuanshen 1 drills into Dengying Formation and its total depth is up to 8 420 m. And its casing program is complex with multiple casing levels. In order to solve the technical difficulties in the last small-liner cementing, such as slim hole, narrow clearance and “one ultra and three highs” (ultra depth, high temperature, high pressure and high sulfur content), this paper studied the small-liner cementing technology for ultra deep exploration wells of Yuanba Gas Field. High-temperature latex and nanometer silicon emulsion were selected as the anti-gas channeling agent, the supporting corrosion inhibitor was prepared, and high-density slurry was designed according to particle-size distribution principle. In addition, the high-temperature set cement strength degradation prevention technology and the acidic gas corrosion inhibition technology were established, and the enhanced high-temperature, anti-gas channeling and anti-corrosion slurry system was developed, whose adaptive temperature is as high as 180 ℃, density is 1.88-2.25 g/cm3 and SPN is less than 1. After the set cement is kept under 180 ℃ for 48 h, its compressive strength is higher than 14 MPa and its elastic modulus is lower than 8 GPa. What’s more, its long term strength doesn’t degrade. And it is resistant to the corrosion of H2S and CO2. It is applied to Ø139.7 mm ultra deep small-liner cementing in Well Yuanba 7-C1 and Well Chuanshen 1 and their high-quality cementing ratio is 100%. It is also applied to Ø193.7 mm production-casing (liner) cementing in Well Yuanba 204-1H, Well Hejia 202H and Well Chuanshen 1, and their comprehensive high-quality cementing ratio is 67%. Research and application results show that the high-temperature, high-pressure, anti-gas channeling and anti-corrosion cementing technology can effectively solve the cementing difficulties of ultra deep exploration wells in Yuanba area and similar sour gas fields.
