直井钻机钻浅垂深SAGD井试验研究

Experimental study on applying the vertical well rig to drill SAGD wells with small vertical depth

  • 摘要: 蒸汽辅助重力泄油技术(SAGD)是开采特超稠油最重要的方法之一,为了降低开采成本,使用直井钻机代替斜井钻机钻浅垂深SAGD井。从共享井口井身结构、浅层造斜、井眼轨迹控制、钻井液性能和井眼延伸及管柱下入分析直井钻机钻浅垂深SAGD井的难点,提出对应的关键技术及解决方案。在中海油服新疆实钻试验基地进行了实钻试验,试验表明利用直井钻机代替斜井钻机钻浅垂深SAGD井可行有效。该方法对浅垂深目的层的SAGD井组的钻完井作业及同类井的作业提供了技术支持,值得推广应用。

     

    Abstract: Steam assisted gravity drainage technology (SAGD) is one of the most important methods to produce super heavy oils. And in order to reduce the production cost, the oblique rig is replaced with the vertical well rig to drill SAGD wells with small vertical depth. The difficulties of applying the vertical well rig to drill SAGD wells with small vertical depth were analyzed from the aspects of sharing-wellhead casing program, kicking off in the shallow formations, hole trajectory control, drilling fluid property and hole extension, and running string. Then the corresponding key technologies and solutions were put forward. And actual drilling test was carried out at Xinjiang Drilling Test Base of China Oilfield Services Limited. It is indicated that replacing the oblique rig with the vertical well rig to drill SAGD wells with small vertical depth is feasible and effective. This method provides the technical support for the drilling of SAGD well groups with the target layer of small vertical depth and the operation of similar wells.
