顺北5-5H超深Ø120.65 mm小井眼水平井钻井技术

Drilling techniques used in Well Shunbei 5-5H, an ultradeep slim-hole Ø120.65 mm horizontal well

  • 摘要: 顺北特深层断溶体油藏以水平井开发为主,顺北5-5H井是该油田一口Ø120.65 mm的小井眼水平井,钻遇二叠系、志留系井漏复杂,且地层温度高、定向工具缺乏、摩阻扭矩大,导致安全成井、轨迹控制、位移延伸难度大。针对该井地层井漏复杂,优化专封井身结构,配套了防漏技术,保障了安全成井;研究配套了井眼轨道优化技术、抗高温测量工具、降摩减阻技术、位移延伸能力评估和小井眼轨迹控制技术,形成了超深Ø120.65 mm小井眼定向钻井技术。通过集成应用,顺利完成水平井钻井施工,完钻井深8 520 m,丰富了超深小井眼水平井定向钻井技术,为顺北油气田特深油气藏勘探开发提供了技术支撑。

     

    Abstract: The extradeep oil reservoir of fault-karst rock mass in the Shunbei Oil and Gas Field is exploited mainly by means of horizontal well. Well Shunbei 5-5H is a slim-hole horizontal well (Ø120.65 mm) in this oil and gas field. It drills into Permian and Silurian where circulation loss is complicated. In addition, the formation temperature is high, orienting tool is insufficient and the friction torque is large. Therefore, it is faced with the difficulties of safe well completion, trajectory control and displacement extension. To deal with the complicated circulation loss in this well, the special-sealing casing program was optimized and the lost circulation techniques were adopted to ensure the safe well completion. Hole trajectory optimization technique, high-temperature measurement tool, friction drag reduction technique, displacement extension evaluation and slim-hole trajectory control technique were researched and developed to form the ultradeep slim-hole (Ø120.65 mm) directional drilling techniques. Based on their integrated application, the drilling construction of Well Shunbei 5-5H is smoothly performed with the total depth of 8 520 m. The research results enrich the directional drilling techniques for ultradeep slim-hole horizontal wells and provide the technical support for the exploration and development of extradeep oil and gas reservoirs in the Shunbei Oil and Gas Field.
