振动冲击钻井提速技术现状及发展趋势

Status and development trend of vibration-impact ROP improvement technologies

  • 摘要: 经过长期的钻井提速理论研究及现场应用,业内相继研发出多种类型的振动冲击提速工具,并取得了一定效果。分别对轴向振动冲击和扭向振动冲击提速技术的类型、工艺原理及技术现状进行了分析,并对轴扭复合冲击提速技术原理及现状进行了阐述。结合目前振动冲击钻井技术现状,阐述了振动冲击钻井技术的发展趋势,即结合非常规油气资源开发技术需求,加大长水平段钻井提速技术研究工作、延长振动冲击钻井提速工具的井下使用寿命等,并结合油田发展技术需求,加大井下智能钻井提速技术的研究力度,以期降低油田开发成本。

     

    Abstract: After theoretical researches and field application on the rate of penetration (ROP) improvement for a long period, a variety of vibration-impact ROP improvement tools have been successfully developed in the industry and some achievements have been obtained. In this paper, axial vibration-impact ROP improvement technologies and torsional vibration-impact ROP improvement technologies were analyzed from the aspects of type, process principle and technological status, and the principle and status of axial-torsional combined vibration-impact ROP improvement technology was illustrated. Then, the development trend of vibration-impact drilling technologies was predicted based on their current situations. That is to strengthen the researches on the technologies to improve the ROP of long horizontal section and extend the downhole service life of vibration-impact ROP improvement tools to satisfy the technological demand of developing unconventional oil and gas resources. And according to the technological demand of oilfield development, strengthen the researches on downhole intelligent ROP improvement technologies to reduce oilfield development costs.
