非均质储层内夹层对SAGD开发的影响及技术对策

Influences of the interlayers in heterogeneous reservoirs on SAGD development and the technical countermeasures

  • 摘要: 风城油田SAGD开发区夹层广泛发育,严重影响生产效果,亟需制定技术对策,减轻夹层对开发带来的影响。在夹层精细表征基础上,结合夹层与水平井的关系,深入总结夹层分布模式;采用生产动态分析和数值模拟敏感性分析方法,分析了夹层对SAGD注采动态及蒸汽腔发育的影响;根据夹层渗透率、极差和夹层半径建立了夹层的遮挡界限,并提出针对夹层的技术对策。结果表明,夹层对蒸汽腔扩展的影响可分为3类:Ⅰ类为蒸汽无法突破的夹层;Ⅱ类为严重阻碍蒸汽腔发育的夹层;Ⅲ类为对蒸汽腔发育有影响的夹层,后期可以突破。针对夹层影响,提出通过优化井网井型,引入新的增产机理强化泄油的对策。以此形成的直井辅助SAGD、双层立体井网SAGD和鱼骨注汽井SAGD三种提高采收率技术现场应用效果显著,可有效克服和减轻夹层影响,进一步提高SAGD采收率。

     

    Abstract: In the SAGD development area of Fengcheng Oilfield, interlayers are widely developed, which has serious influences on production results, so it is in urgent need to prepare the technical countermeasures to alleviate the influences of interlayers on the development. In this paper, the interlayer distribution model was summarized deeply based on fine interlayer characterization, combined with the relationship between interlayer and horizontal well. Then, the influences of interlayers on the injection and production performance of SAGD and the development of steam chamber were analyzed by means of production performance analysis and numerical simulation sensitivity analysis. Finally, the barrier boundary of interlayer was established according to interlayer permeability, differential and interlayer radius, and the technical countermeasures for interlayers were put forward. It is indicated that the influences of interlayers on the development of steam chamber are classified into three types. Type I is the interlayer that steam cannot break through; type II is the one that significantly hinders the development of steam chamber; and type III is the one that has an effect on the development of steam chamber and can be broken through in the later stage. Considering the influences of interlayers, it is proposed to optimize well patterns and well types and introduce new EOR mechanisms and oil drainage enhancing countermeasures. In this way, the proposed three EOR technologies of vertical well assisted SAGD, double-layer tridimensional well pattern SAGD and fish-bone steam injector SAGD are remarkable in field application results, effectively conquer and alleviate the influences of interlayers and improve the recovery factor of SAGD further.
