涠洲油田大位移井井眼清洁技术及应用

  • 摘要: 大位移井稳斜角大、稳斜段长,钻井过程中岩屑在井筒中易堆积形成岩屑床,导致摩阻增大、起下钻困难、井下漏失甚至卡钻等井下复杂情况,因此,井眼清洁是实现大位移井作业安全与效率的关键技术之一。南海西部海域的涠洲油田滚动勘探不断获得突破,但区域内均以断块构造的边际油田为主,依靠海上周边生产设施实施大位移井开发,成为实现边际油田低成本开发的有效途径。面对涠洲油田井壁失稳问题突出、大位移井钻井井眼清洁难度大的挑战,参考幂律流体偏心环空模型,通过提高油水体积比降低强封堵型油基钻井液的流变性,稠度系数K降低41%;配合水力及钻井参数的优选,增大钻进中偏心环空的紊流区域;采用井眼清洁辅助工具等技术措施,实现钻井液的高效携岩,突破了大位移井携带岩屑困难的技术瓶颈。上述技术的应用,解决了涠洲11-4N油田高稳斜角大位移井井眼清洁技术难题,提高了钻井过程中的携岩效果,减少了辅助清洁井眼时间,为边际油田的大位移井开发提供了经验。

     

    Abstract: ERD wells generally have high deviation angle and long stable oblique section, in the drilling process the cuttings are easily accumulated in the well to form the cuttings bed, which leads to the complicated conditions such as the increase of the friction resistance, trip in and out, the underground leakage and even the sticking. Therefore, the well cleaning is one of the key technologies to realize the safety and efficiency of the large displacement wells. The rolling exploration of Weizhou Oilfield in the Western sea area of the South China Sea has been constantly breakthrough, but the marginal oilfields with fault block structure are the main areas in the region, rely on the peripheral production facilities implement ERD wells become an effective way to develop the marginal oil fields. In the light of outstanding problems of well instability and the difficulty of well cleaning in ERD wells in Weizhou oilfield, refer to the eccentric annulus model of power law fluid, increasing the ratio of oil to water, the rheology of strong plugging oil base drilling fluid is reduced, and reducing the consistency coefficient K by 41%, with the optimization of hydraulic and drilling parameters, the turbulent region of eccentric annulus in drilling is increased, cleaning auxiliary tools and other technical measures are adopted to realize the high efficient carrying of drilling fluid and break through the technical bottleneck of the cuttings carrying in ERD well. The application of the above technology solves the technical problem of well hole cleaning in ERD well with high stability angle in Weizhou 11-4N oilfield, improves the effect of carrying rock in the drilling process, reduces the auxiliary cleaning time, and provides experience for the development of the large displacement well in the marginal oilfield.
