顺北油田含侵入岩区域超深井安全高效钻井技术

Technologies for the safe and efficient drilling of ultradeep wells in the areas with intrusive rocks in the Shunbei Oilfield

  • 摘要: 顺北油田含侵入岩区域易塌易漏地层多、古生界岩石可钻性差,Ø120.6 mm井眼定向仪器易损坏,导致机械钻速低、钻井周期长。通过测井、录井、测试资料分析,建立三压力剖面,优化了必封点位置,将完钻井眼尺寸由120.6 mm优化为143.9 mm;针对火成岩易漏、侵入岩易塌,制定了防漏堵漏与防塌技术对策;通过研究岩石强度特征,配套了非平面齿PDC钻头分层提速技术;通过研究螺杆造斜能力与设计“先高后低”井眼轨迹,优化弯螺杆、定向钻头、MWD仪器及倒装钻具组合,满足了抗温175 ℃定向实钻需求。通过研究与应用,形成了以井筒稳定与提速工艺为核心的高效钻井技术,现场应用6口井,钻井周期较前期缩短26.5 d,创Ø143.9 mm井眼国内陆上水平井最深8 220 m纪录。

     

    Abstract: In the Shunbei Oilfield, the areas with irruptive rocks have many formations that tend to suffer collapse and mud loss easily, the Paleozoic rocks are of poor drillability and the direction detector in Ø120.6 mm hole is vulnerable, which decreases the rate of penetration (ROP) and increases the drilling cycle. By analyzing wireline logging, mud logging and testing data, this paper established the three-pressure profile, selected the setting positions and optimized the completion hole size from 120.6 mm to 143.9 mm. In view that igneous rocks tend to suffer mud loss and intrusive rocks tend to suffer collapse, the mud loss control and collapse prevention technologies and countermeasures were prepared. The separate-layer ROP improvement technology of nonplane-tooth PDC bit was matched by investigating the characteristics of rock strength. By researching the building capacity of screw and designing the hole trajectory of “high first and then low”, bending screw, directional drilling bit, MWD instrument and inverted drill string were optimized so as to satisfy the requirements of actual directional drilling at 175 ℃. Based on researches and applications, an efficient drilling technology with wellbore stabilization and ROP improvement as the core was developed. It has been applied on site in 6 wells. Thanks to its application, the drilling cycle is shortened by 26.5 d and the domestic record of deepest Ø143.9 mm onshore horizontal well (8 220 m) is set up.
