高强度可溶桥塞结构设计与应用

Design and application of high-strength dissolvable bridge plug

  • 摘要: 在页岩气开发时分段压裂需采用复合桥塞进行封堵,后期还要使用连续油管钻磨,存在着施工周期长、成本高、风险大等问题。为了减小页岩气的开发成本和提高施工效果,研制了可溶桥塞,采用了高强度可降解材料,可实现可靠坐封并且能够完全有效溶解。在室内,对可溶桥塞进行了坐封丢手试验、承压试验以及溶解试验,试验表明可溶桥塞各项指标可满足现场施工要求。截至2019年12月底,现场累计应用可溶桥塞28层段,现场应用表明,可溶桥塞性能稳定,坐封安全可靠,压后溶解完全,未出现堵塞放喷采气通道的现象。

     

    Abstract: During the staged fracturing for shale gas exploitation, composite bridge plug is needed for plugging and coiled tubing is needed in the later period for drilling and milling, so it faces the problems of long construction cycle, high cost and great risk. In order to reduce shale gas exploitation cost and improve the construction effect, this paper developed dissolvable bridge plug, which adopts the high-strength degradable materials to realize reliable setting and complete and effective dissolution. Setting release test, pressure bearing test and dissolubility test were carried out on dissolvable bridge plug in laboratories. It is shown that the dissolvable bridge plug can satisfy the field construction requirements in all indicators. By the end of December 2019, dissolvable bridge plug had been practically applied in 28 intervals in total. And the field application results indicate that dissolvable bridge plug has the advantages of stable property and safe and reliable setting and can be dissolved completely after the fracturing, without plugging the blowout and gas production channels.
