海上油田新型机械防污染工具研究与应用

Study and application of a new mechanical anti-contamination tool in offshore oilfields

  • 摘要: 为了解决海上油田现有的机械防污染工具存在注酸通道开启压力不准,在大斜度井中丢手困难等问题,针对海上油田自身特点,研制了新型机械防污染工具及专用的丢手工具。该工具通过液压实现脱手,同时增加了扶正机构,优化了弹簧调节机构,并对压缩弹簧和弹性爪进行了受力分析,通过弹簧优化设计及采取特殊防腐工艺,提高了工具的防腐性能和压力调节性能,工具应用时不受井斜限制。现场应用表明,在井斜86°的油井中,新型机械防污染工具配套专用的液压丢手工具,投入Ø57 mm钢球、油管打压10 MPa,即可实现新型防污染工具丢手;地面加压8 MPa,即可开启注酸通道,为海上油田储层防污染措施提供了技术支持。

     

    Abstract: The mechanical anti-contamination tools existing in offshore oilfields are faced with inaccurate opening pressure of acid injection channel, difficult releasing in high-angle deviated wells and other difficulties. A new type of mechanical anti-contamination tool and its dedicated releasing tool were developed based on the characteristics of offshore oilfields. In this way, the tool can be released hydraulically. In addition, a centralizer was added, the spring adjustment mechanism was optimized and stress analysis was conducted on compression spring and elastic claw. And as a result, its anti-corrosion performance and pressure regulation performance are improved, the construction is simple, and its application is beyond the restriction of well deviation. The field application indicates that when the new mechanical anti-contamination tool combined with the dedicated hydraulic releasing tool is applied in the oil wells with the well deviation of 86°, the release of the new mechanical anti-contamination tool can be realized by putting Ø57 mm steel balls and pressurizing to 10 MPa through the tubing, and the acid injection channel can be opened by increasing the pressure to 8 MPa on the ground. The research results provide the technical support for the reservoir anti-contamination measures of offshore oilfields.
