一种注水井大通径分层防砂工艺管柱

A kind of large-bore separate-layer sand control string used in water injectors

  • 摘要: 越来越多的海上油田步入开发中后期,储层压力衰减严重,致使产量递减率大,严重影响油田开发效益。注水开发是补充地层能量保障油田稳产的最佳手段。针对海上油田出砂严重及大注入量需求问题,研究了一种适用于海上注水井的大通径分层防砂工艺管柱,通过管柱关键工具的优化设计,使得防砂管柱全通径由Ø120.65 mm提高至Ø152.4 mm;分层注水管柱中心管由Ø88.9 mm增大至Ø114.3 mm。该管柱可以提高单井的最大注水量,解决海上油田存在的井口压力受限导致注水量受限和无法满足油藏配注要求等问题,同时也利于后期的修井、弃井作业,为分层防砂工艺管柱设计提供参考。

     

    Abstract: As more and more offshore oilfields step into the middle and late stages of development, reservoir pressure depletes greatly, which results in high production decline rate and impacts oilfields’ development benefits seriously. Waterflood development is the best method to supplement the formation energy and ensure the stable oilfield production. In this paper, a kind of large-bore separate-layer sand control string suitable for offshore water injectors was researched to deal with the severe sand production and high water injection rate of offshore oilfields. Based on the optimal design of key string tools, the full bore of sand control string is increased from Ø120.65 mm to Ø152.4 mm and the central pipe of separate-layer water injection string is increased from Ø88.9 mm to Ø114.3 mm. This string can improve the maximum water injection rate of single well and solve the problems caused by the limited wellhead pressure in offshore oilfields, such as limited water injection rate and unqualified oil reservoir injection allocation. In addition, it is beneficial for the later well workover and abandonment operations, and provides the reference for the design of separate-layer sand control string.
