隔水导管硅烷-纳米陶瓷涂层的隔热效果

The heat insulation effect of silane-nano ceramics coating on risers

  • 摘要: 海洋隔水导管作为连接海底井口与海面平台间的关键结构,在稠油热采注蒸汽循环过程中也具有重要的隔热保温功效。硅烷-纳米陶瓷作为新型的隔热涂层材料具有低热导率、高保温率、耐水性好、耐高温性强等其他隔热材料不可比拟的优越性。首先运用红外灯加热的方法对普通纳米陶瓷和硅烷-纳米陶瓷涂料进行了隔热性能测试,其次通过自制的隔水导管加热装置模拟隔热涂层实际服役工况,评估了3类隔水导管隔热涂料的保温效果,分析了不同涂层结构与厚度的硅烷-纳米陶瓷隔热保温涂层对隔水导管隔热效果的影响。研究结果表明,硅烷-纳米陶瓷涂料在350 ℃内温环境下隔热保温率可以高达到70%以上,采用外壁喷涂的隔热方式保温效果最明显;随着涂层厚度的增加,隔热效果越好,涂层厚度达到500 μm时保温率可以提高至80%。隔水导管硅烷-纳米陶瓷涂料的研制与运用对提高蒸汽驱油效果、降低能源消耗有重要意义。

     

    Abstract: Marine riser, as the key structure connecting the subsea wellhead with the platform above the sea surface, plays an important role in heat insulation and preservation in the steam injection and circulation process of heavy oil thermal recovery. Silane-nano ceramics is a kind of new heat insulation coating material which is absolutely superior to the other heat insulation materials with low heat conductivity, high heat preservation rate, good water tolerance and strong temperature resistance. Heat insulation tests were firstly carried out on conventional nano ceramics and silane-nano ceramics by means of the infrared-lamp heating method. Then, the actual service conditions of the heat insulation coating were simulated using the self-made riser heating device. Finally, the heat preservation effects of three kinds of riser’s heat insulation coatings were evaluated and the heat insulation and preservation effects of silane-nano ceramics coating with different structures and thicknesses on the risers were analyzed. It is indicated that the heat insulation and preservation rate of silane-nano ceramics in the environment with the inner temperature of 350 ℃ can be over 70% and the heat preservation effect will be better if the heat insulation mode of outer wall coating is adopted. With the increase of coating thickness, the heat insulation effect gets better. And the heat preservation rate can be increased to 80% as the coating is as thick as 500 μm. The development and application of riser’s silane-nano ceramics coating are of great significance to improve the steam flooding effect and reduce the energy consumption.
