连续油管临时封井注水泥技术在涪陵页岩气田的应用

Application of the coiled tubing based temporary well plugging and cementing technology in the Fuling Shale Gas Field

  • 摘要: 在完成页岩气开发井压裂试气评价工作后,因现场实际情况暂未达到试采条件,为满足同平台后期钻井施工要求,需对气井进行连续油管临时封井注水泥作业。针对连续油管临时封井注水泥工艺存在的技术难点,从桥塞选型、坐封方式、水泥浆体系、注替流程和循环洗井施工工艺等方面进行优化改进,形成一套成熟的连续油管临时封井注水泥技术。在涪陵工区JYX-6HF井等5口井进行了成功应用,取得了良好的应用效果。

     

    Abstract: After fracturing test evaluation of shale gas development well is performed, the production test conditions are not satisfied for the time being due to actual field situations. And in order to satisfy the need of subsequent drilling construction of the same platform, it is necessary to carry out the coiled tubing based temporary well plugging and cementing operation. In this paper, the coiled tubing based temporary well plugging and cementing technology was optimized and improved from the aspects of bridge type selection, setting mode, slurry system, injection and displacement process and circulating well flushing process to deal with its technical difficulties. And in this way, a set of mature coiled tubing based temporary well plugging and cementing technology was developed. It has been successfully applied in 5 wells of Fuling working area, e.g. Well JYX-6HF, and its application results are satisfactory.
