连续管套管内开窗轨迹及窗口形状预测

Prediction on the window cutting trace and window shape inside the casing of coiled tubing sidetracking

  • 摘要: 连续管套管开窗轨迹和窗口形状对侧钻井质量影响较大,当前对连续管套管开窗轨迹预测缺少针对性的研究和专用商业工程软件。针对两铣鞋钻具组合下的造斜器套管开窗进行研究,采用纵横弯曲法,并以马达不失速和力的有效性等为约束条件,建立一维井筒连续管套管开窗轨迹预测模型,然后根据铣鞋运动轨迹,采用逐点法描绘出窗口轮廓形状。以近似实际工程数据为示例进行计算分析,结果表明,满足一定约束条件下预测得到的钻进轨迹与套管开窗质量与现场经验和认识更为接近。该研究方法和结论可作为一维井身结构下开窗钻具优选和施工参数等施工方案辅助设计的一种手段或重要参考,并且可为二维(连续造斜段)和三维井身结构下连续管套管开窗的拓展研究提供一定的借鉴。

     

    Abstract: The window cutting trace and window shape have greater effect on the coiled tubing sidetracking quality. At present, there is no specific study and special commercial engineering software on the prediction of window cutting trace of coiled tubing sidetracking. In this paper, the whipstock based window cutting in the case of two-milling-show bottom hole assembly (BHA) was studies. The model for predicting the window cutting trace of coiled tubing tracking in one-dimensional wellbore was established by means of beam-column method under the constraint of stall free motor and valid force. Then, based on the movement trace of the milling shoe, the contour shape of the window was depicted by means of point-by-point method. Finally, calculation and analysis were carried out by taking the approximately actual engineering data as the example. It is indicated that the drilling trace and casing window quality predicted under certain constraints are more accordant with field experience and cognitions. This research method and conclusion can be used as one means or important reference for assisting the design of construction schemes, e.g. construction parameter and window drilling tool selection under one-dimensional casing program, and can also provide the guidance for the extension studies on the casing window of coiled tubing tracking under two-dimensional (continuous deflection section) and three-dimensional casing program.
