产水气田排水采气技术的国内外研究现状及发展方向

Domestic and foreign research status and development direction of drainage gas recovery technologies in water-producing gasfields

  • 摘要: 随着气田开发时间的延长,产水气田的出水井数量迅速增加,导致产量大幅下降,给气田稳产和国家供气的稳定带来了严峻挑战。排水采气技术作为解决气井出水、保障气田稳产的主体技术,正面临着一系列新的挑战,现有排水采气技术现场不适应性问题逐渐突出。如果对排水采气技术面临的现状和技术瓶颈不清楚,会导致攻关方向不明确,严重制约技术的进一步发展。因此,从中国已开发气田的系统分析出发,探讨了排水采气技术在气田开发过程中的作用及地位,阐述了国内外排水采气近年的研究进展,并剖析了现场存在的问题,梳理出了中国排水采气当前阶段面临的三大挑战,并结合国内外排水采气技术的研究现状与面临的问题,为未来排水采气技术的发展提出了六个攻关方向。研究结果对排水采气技术的发展具有指导意义。

     

    Abstract: As the development of water-producing gasfield continues, the number of the wells with water breakthrough increases quickly, leading to significant decline of gas production, which brings severe challenges to stable gasfield production and national stable gas supply. As the main technologies for solving the water breakthrough of gas wells and guaranteeing the stable production of gasfields, the drainage gas recovery technologies are facing a series of new challenges, which gradually increases the field inadaptability of existing drainage gas recovery technologies. The status and technical bottlenecks of drainage gas recovery are not understood clearly, so the research direction cannot be defined, so as to restrict its further improvement and development. To solve this problem, the gasfields that have been developed in China were analyzed systematically, the roles and positions of drainage gas recovery technologies in the process of gasfield development were discussed, and domestic and foreign research progress of drainage gas recovery in recent years was illustrated. Then, the problems existing in the field were analyzed, and three major challenges to the drainage gas recovery in China in the current stage were pointed out. Finally, based on the research status and difficulties of domestic and foreign drainage gas recovery technologies, 6 research directions for the development of drainage gas recovery technologies in the future were put forward. The research results have guiding significance for the development of drainage gas production technology.
