中国陆相页岩油钻井技术发展现状与前景展望

Development status and prospect of the drilling technologies used for continental shale oil reservoirs in China

  • 摘要: 自2008年美国率先在页岩油藏钻井领域取得突破后,中国各大能源企业以及相关部门展开了一系列关于页岩油藏的勘探开发工作。页岩油钻井存在大位移水平井造斜难、井壁不稳定、井眼轨迹控制精度要求高、地层可钻性差、机械钻速低等难点,亟待突破。通过文献调研,综述了中国已完钻陆相页岩油井分布情况、技术难点及中国陆相页岩油藏钻井技术现状。从实现页岩油商业化开发、国外先进技术、国内存在的技术难点及现阶段进展等方面展望了工厂化钻井技术于中国陆相页岩资源开发的重要意义。

     

    Abstract: Since breakthrough was realized in the field of shale oil reservoir drilling in America in 2008, all energy enterprises and relevant departments in China have carried out a series of shale oil reservoir exploration and development. Shale oil well drilling is faced with difficult build up of extended reach well, unstable borehole wall, high well path control accuracy, poor formation drillability, low rate of penetration (ROP) and other difficulties. The distribution situations and technical difficulties of drilled continental shale oil wells in China and the status of the drilling technologies used for continental shale oil reservoirs in China were overviewed based on literature investigation. And the important significance of applying the factory like drilling technology to the development of continental shale resources in China was predicted from the aspects of industrial shale oil development, foreign advanced technologies, domestic technical difficulties and current development.
