Design of drilling engineering risk evaluation and control system and its software development

  • 摘要: 为了提高国内钻井风险评估水平、缩小与国外的技术差距,开发了一套集“钻前风险预测、钻进风险监控、钻后风险总结”于一体的钻井工程风险评估与控制系统,并完成了相关的软件研发。该系统包括5个子系统:含不确定度钻井地质力学参数钻前描述及随钻更新子系统、钻前工程设计风险评估与控制子系统、钻井作业过程动态风险评估与控制子系统、钻后工程风险总结与分析子系统以及钻井工程风险数据库子系统。该软件可以实现对井下复杂与事故的钻前工程风险预测和钻进过程中的工程风险监测以及钻后的风险总结,为钻前优化钻井工程设计方案、钻中规避钻进过程中的工程风险和后期待钻井工程设计方案的优化制定提供技术指导和科学依据。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve domestic drilling risk evaluation technologies and narrow their gap from foreign level, a set of drilling engineering risk evaluation and control system integrating " risk prediction before the drilling, risk control during the drilling and risk summarization after the drilling” was developed after years’ researches, and the corresponding software was also developed. This system consists of 5 subsystems, i.e., pre-drilling description and upgrading while drilling subsystem of drilling geomechanical parameters with uncertainty, pre-drilling engineering design risk evaluation and control subsystem, drilling dynamic risk evaluation and control subsystem, post-drilling engineering risk summarization and analysis subsystem, and drilling engineering risk database subsystem. This software is available for the engineering risk prediction of downhole complexity and accident before the drilling, the engineering risk monitoring in the process of drilling and the risk summarization after the drilling, and provides the technical guidance and scientific basis for the optimal formulation of the pre-drilling drilling engineering design plan, the drilling engineering risk evasion plan and the late to-be-drilled engineering design plan.
