Integrated management of shale gas operation based on well integrity technology and standard

  • 摘要: 在介绍中国页岩气资源量与产量基础上,论述了页岩气开发在地质和钻井、完井、采气、压裂、测试、监管、维护等作业中的难点及“工厂化”页岩气作业的特点,以及单独压裂、拉链式压裂和同步压裂的特点,介绍了全通径可控无限极滑套完井方法与工具的研究与使用现状。详细论述了用井筒完整性标准一体化管理页岩气一口井全生命周期内各种作业的理念,给出了页岩气开发的水平井井筒屏障示意图,用图解及文字说明页岩气在井筒全生命周期内多种作业的井筒完整性和井筒屏障的设计、运行、管理内容及特点与难点。

     

    Abstract: The resources and production of shale gas in China were introduced. The difficulties of shale gas development in terms of geology, drilling, completion, gas production, fracturing, test, monitoring and maintenance operations and the characteristics of " factory-like” shale gas operation were illustrated. The characteristics of individual fracturing, zipper fracturing and simultaneous fracturing were described and compared. The research and application status of the method and tool of fullbore controllable infinite sliding sleeve completion were introduced. The concept of applying the well integrity standard to the integrated management of all operations of one shale gas well in the whole life cycle was discussed in detail. The sketch of well barrier of horizontal well for shale gas development was provided. The design, operation and management contents, characteristics and difficulties of well integrity and well barrier of shale gas well during each operation in the whole life cycle were explained with graphs and words.
