钻磨复合桥塞磨鞋的应用现状

Application status of milling shoe of drilling-milling composite bridge plug

  • 摘要: 为解决钻磨复合桥塞磨鞋选用缺乏依据和设计加工针对性不强的问题,基于文献调研和现场实践经验,提出钻磨复合桥塞应采用平面、5~6刃、大端外径为套管内径95%~98%的硬质合金磨鞋,切削刃类型应组合使用随机形状的硬质合金颗粒和模压成特定形状的硬质合金柱。大量钻塞实践表明,磨鞋磨损特征普遍以磨鞋底面与周面交接线为中心的整体性缺失为主,底面由边缘至中心磨损量逐渐减小,底面中心的合金新度相对最高;国外采用的方槽式或锥进式返水槽易夹持上返的磨屑,返水槽应更具开放性。分析指出国外在合金质量和焊接工艺上有一定优势,而在结构设计方面国内外差别不大;设计和加工钻磨复合桥塞磨鞋时应综合考虑被钻物材质、钻进速率、成屑尺寸、磨损特征等因素。形成的认识对钻磨复合桥塞磨鞋的选用和设计加工有借鉴意义。

     

    Abstract: The selection of the milling shoe used for drilling-milling composite bridge plug is lack of basis and its design and processing are not pertinent enough. To solve these problems, literatures were investigated and field practice and experience were reviewed in this paper. Accordingly, it was put forward to adopt the plane carbide milling shoe with 5-6 blades and big end OD 95%-98% of casing ID in the drilling-milling composite bridge plug and take the combination of the carbide particles with random shapes and the molded carbide column with a particular shape as the cutting blade. Numerous practice of drilling plug indicates that all types of milling shoes commonly have the wear characteristics that the entire absence with the contact line between the bottom surface of milling shoe and the peripheral surface as the center is dominant, the wear loss of the bottom surface reduces gradually from the edge to the center and the newness of the alloy at the center of the bottom surface is the highest. The square or coning water returning channels applied abroad can retain the returning abrasive dust easily, and the water returning channel shall be more accessible. It is revealed that foreign countries are advantageous in alloy quality and welding technologies, but they are basically similar to China in structure design. It is recommended to comprehensively consider the materials to be drilled, the drilling rates, the debris sizes and the wear characteristics when the milling shoe of drilling-milling composite bridge plug is designed and processed. The research results can be used as the reference for the selection, design and processing of the milling shoe of drilling-milling composite bridge plug.
