顺北油气田超深井井身结构系列优化及应用

Casing program optimization and application of ultradeep wells in Shunbei oil and gas field

  • 摘要: 随着顺北油气田勘探开发的不断深入,油藏埋深不断增加,原有井身结构逐步出现局限,并影响钻井速度与安全。为解决这一问题,依据地层特征,采用了“自上而下”或“自下而上”井身结构设计方法,根据地层压力分布与必封点位置确定各层套管下深及尺寸。针对相对简单区域,简化四级井身结构为Ø193.7 mm套管直下三级井身结构;针对含侵入体区域,考虑定向需求,优化六级井身结构为四级井身结构,并将Ø120.6 mm井眼优化为Ø143.9 mm井眼;针对古生界地层含盐水层、高压气层以及压力体系复杂区域,采用Ø184.2 mm、Ø206.4 mm、Ø219.1 mm非常规套管以及优化封隔位置,形成了适用于复杂地层的井身结构。通过简化井身结构与优化复杂区域的井身结构,实现了钻井提速、提效目的,确保了安全钻进。

     

    Abstract: As the exploration and development of Shunbei Oil and Gas Field advances continuously, the burial depth of oil reservoirs increases continuously and the limitation of original casing program emerges gradually and impacts the drilling speed and safety. To solve this problem, the casing program design method of " from the top to the bottom” or " from the bottom to the top” was adopted according to the stratigraphic characteristics. The casing depth and size were determined based on the formation pressure distribution and the setting position. In the simpler areas, the four-stage casing program was simplified into the three-stage casing program of Ø193.7 mm casing. In the areas with intrusive bodies, the six-stage casing program was optimized into the four-stage casing program and the Ø120.6 mm hole was optimized into the Ø143.9 mm hole to satisfy the demands of directional drilling. In the Paleozoic saline aquifers, high-pressure gas layers and the areas with complex pressure system, the unconventional casing (Ø184.2 mm, Ø206.4 mm and Ø219.1 mm) was adopted and the setting position was optimized, so that the casing program suitable for complex strata was developed. By simplifying the casing program and optimizing the casing program in complex areas, the rate of penetration and the drilling efficiency are improved and the safe drilling is ensured.
