非均质砂岩油藏分层化学防砂技术

A separate-layer chemical sand control technology suitable for heterogeneous sandstone oil reservoirs

  • 摘要: 针对笼统化学防砂有效期短、成功率低,开展了非均质疏松砂岩油藏分层化学防砂技术研究。砂粒表面原油是影响化学防砂效果的主要因素,因此,研发了适用于45~150 ℃地层温度下的高强高渗耐油控砂剂体系,该体系在含油污水原油含量10%时固结强度为6.2 MPa,渗透率保留率92.5%、黏度小于5 mPa · s。研制的低温高强度AB砂40 ℃时固结强度可达7 MPa,解决了胜利油田开发后期由于井底温度低、常规覆膜砂固结强度小而不能满足防砂生产需要的问题。设计了具有防蠕动、可大排量反洗井、一趟管柱可选择性注入控砂剂或覆膜砂的分层化学防砂管柱,解决了非均质油藏笼统化学防砂有效期短,常规分层化学防砂管柱工序多、可靠性差难题。该技术提高了化学防砂技术对非均质疏松砂岩油藏的适应性,对确保粉细砂岩油藏、普通砂岩油藏特殊井眼油水井的防砂开采效果具有重要意义。

     

    Abstract: Commingled chemical sand control is disadvantageous with short period of validity and low success rate. In this paper, the separate-layer chemical sand control technology used for heterogeneous unconsolidated sandstone oil reservoirs was researched. First, considering the crude oil on the surface of sand grain is the main factor impacting the effect of chemical sand control, a high-strength, high-permeability and oil-resistance sand control system suitable for the reservoir temperature of 45-150 ℃ was researched and developed. When this system is added into the oily sewage (crude oil content 10%), its consolidation strength is 6.2 MPa, permeability retention rate is 92.5% and viscosity is lower than 5 mPa · s. Second, low-temperature and high-strength AB sand was developed. Its consolidation strength can reach 7 MPa under the temperature of 40 ℃. It solves the problem of Shengli Oilfield in the late stage of development when the sand control failed due to the low bottom hole temperature and the low consolidation strength of conventional coated sand. And third, a separate-layer chemical sand control string that has the ability of anticreep and can carry out large-displacement inverse well flushing and inject sand control agent or coated sand selectively through one-trip string was designed. And it addresses the short period of validity of commingled chemical sand control in heterogeneous oil reservoirs and the complex procedure and poor reliability of conventional separate-layer chemical sand control string. In conclusion, this new technology improves the adaptability of chemical sand control to heterogeneous unconsolidated sandstone oil reservoirs and is of great significance to ensure the sand control production effects of silty-fine sandstone oil reservoirs and oil/water wells with special borehole.
