一种综合形式的水平井产能预测新公式

A new comprehensive formula for productivity prediction of horizontal well

  • 摘要: 未考虑水平井渗流中典型的线性流与椭圆流特征的水平井产能预测公式,常导致产能预测结果偏于乐观。在分析水平井典型渗流特征的基础上,将油藏内流动区域划分为外部平面径向流、中间平面线性流与椭圆流以及内部垂向径向流3个区域,利用水电相似原理和等值渗流阻力方法,推导出综合形式水平井产能计算新公式,并对新公式进行适应性分析。结果表明,常用公式是新公式在特殊情况下的简化或近似,新公式适应性更强。根据新公式计算结果,随水平井长度或穿透比增加,平面线性流与椭圆流的影响逐渐增大,水平井产能表现为先近似线性增加再平缓增加的特点;当水平井很长或穿透比接近1时,水平井的渗流表现出与垂直裂缝井相似的特征。综合形式的新公式既可计算短水平井也可计算长水平井产能,同时也可预测不同泄油形状、注采井网等情况下的水平井产能。

     

    Abstract: The horizontal well productivity prediction formula doesn’t take into account the characteristics of typical linear flow and elliptic flow in horizontal wells, so its productivity prediction result is optimistic. The characteristics of typical flows in horizontal wells were analyzed, and accordingly the flow region in an oil reservoir is divided into three zones, i.e., the external plane radial flow, the central plane linear flow and elliptic flow, and the internal vertical radial flow. Then, a comprehensive horizontal well productivity calculation formula was newly derived by virtue of the water and electricity similarity principle and the equivalent percolation resistance method. Finally, its adaptability was analyzed. It is indicated that the commonly used formulas are the simplified or approximate versions of the new formula in the special situations. The calculation results of the new formula show that with the increase of the length or penetration ratio of horizontal well, the effect of plane linear flow and elliptic flow increases gradually, and its productivity presents the characteristic of increasing approximately linearly first and then gently. When the horizontal well is very long or its penetration ratio is approximate to 1, its flow characteristic is similar to that in vertically fractured wells. This new comprehensive formula can calculate the productivity of short and long horizontal wells and predict the productivity of horizontal well with different drainage shapes and injection-production well patterns.
