Cementing technology for leaky formation in the Bohai Oilfield

  • 摘要: 海上油气勘探开发属于高风险作业。渤海地区易漏地层对固井质量及作业时效都影响颇大,一旦固井期间发生漏失,作业风险会增加,而且会因为处理复杂情况而影响作业时效,增加作业成本。为此,针对渤海易漏地层进行堵漏材料研究,在隔离液中加入优选的堵漏材料,研发具备良好堵漏效果的双作用隔离液和水泥浆体系,再通过软件计算校核并调整每个步骤的具体施工参数,控制固井过程中的井底ECD。最终在实际作业中,确保整个固井过程不发生井下漏失,顺利完成漏失井段的固井作业,并获得较好的固井质量,满足井控及后续开发要求。

     

    Abstract: Offshore oil and gas exploration and development is a high-risk operation with high operation cost.In the Bohai Sea, thief zones have a great impact on the cementing quality and operation efficiency.Once the leakage occurs during cementing, the operation risk will be increased.Furthermore, the treatment of downhole complication will decrease the operation efficiency and increase the operation cost, which runs counter to the guiding principle of cost reduction and efficiency increase.The lost circulation materials were studied, and the design of cement slurry was modified and innovated based on the situation of thief zones in the Bohai Sea.Then, the construction plan of the cementing operation of absorption wells was refined and optimized by conducting experimental studies.The double-acting spacer fluid and cement slurry system with good plugging performance was developed by adding the optimized lost circulation material into the spacer fluid.Afterwards, the specific construction parameters of each step were checked and adjusted through software calculation to control the bottom hole ECD in the process of cementing.Finally, these technologies were applied in the actual operation.Thanks to their application, downhole leakage is prevented in the whole process of cementing, the cementing of leakage sections is completed smoothly, the cementing quality is improved and the requirements of well control and oil reservoirs are satisfied.
