渤海油田大井眼深钻综合钻井液维护技术

A comprehensive drilling fluid maintenance technology used for large-hole deep drilling in the Bohai Oilfield

  • 摘要: 大井眼深钻是中深井井身结构设计中必然选项,而大井眼深钻综合钻井液技术是大井眼实施的关键因素。渤中区域浅部地层易水化膨胀,钻屑易粘结成球,大井眼深钻具有携岩困难,井壁易失稳,钻井液维护量大等特点。针对以上难点进行了大井眼深钻综合钻井液技术研究,包括泥球预防控制技术、流变性能控制技术、井壁稳定技术、分段精细维护工艺等,现场应用取得了较好效果,保证了大井眼深钻的顺利实施。

     

    Abstract: Large-hole deep drilling is an inevitable option in the casing program design of medium and deep wells, and its comprehensive drilling fluid technology is one of the key factors for the implementation of large hole.Shallow formation in central Bohai Sea area is easily hydrated and expanded, and cuttings are easily bonded into clusters, so large-hole deep drilling in this area is faced with difficult cuttings carrying, wellbore instability and heavy drilling fluid maintenance.The comprehensive drilling fluid technology used for large-hole deep drilling includes mud ball prevention and control technology, rheological property control technology, wellbore stability technology and sectional fine maintenance process, and it can guarantee the smooth implementation of large-hole deep drilling.
